Training Opportunities for Postdocs

Eligibility for training

Early careers researchers (postdocs) based in the University and its Partner Institutions are eligible to attend the training provided by the Graduate School of Life Sciences.  Different course providers e.g. Careers Service, University Computing Service, Personal and Professional Development (PPD) have differing eligibility criteria for other postdocs. It is hoped that the web sites for each will make it clear which postdocs from our Partner Institutions are eligible and if so whether there is any charge for attending a course. If you have a query please ask the relevant provider.

Support for postdocs also includes dedicated skills training sessions as part of the Researcher Development Programme (RDP).  Postdocs can also discuss any aspect of their personal and professional development with Dr Sharon Saunders.
