How to Submit an Abstract

The deadline for abstract submission is 23:30 Sunday 25 May 2014. Please note that this deadline is strict because an online abstract submission system is used that will not accept any submission after this time.

Before you submit your abstract, you must register that you intend to submit an abstract on the GSLS booking system.

From the abstracts submitted, six abstracts will be selected for oral presentations (15 min) and the remainder will be invited to present by poster. Submissions in the popular press style will be given preference.

The abstracts must be text only, and not include any figure or references.

Abstracts must not be more than 250 words. Abstracts of more than 250 words will be rejected.

Abstracts must be submitted through the online form.

Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be given by Friday 30 May 2014.

Example abstracts can be seen here.
